    Description

Unusual Antique Carved Bone Stiletto / Awl
    English * Circa 1880
This striking antique stiletto is carved of a solid piece of very clean bone* with turned ball designs all along the shank. It has a nice feel in the hand. It measures 4 3/4" long and is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or other damage. It has a nice, sharp point. The bone has a lovely mellow patina and it was purchased in England.
*This item is made of bone from a domestic cow (bovine) and not from an endangered species.
