Shaker antique sewing table tilt top with inlaid yard stick.
This table is considered rare and from (approximately) the 1840’s and has been lovingly used.
There has been a re fixing of the clasp and the surrounding area and a little bit of damage. A few cuts on the side are also visible from use.
This sewing table is from my late mother’s estate, she purchased it in the early 1960s and it has been in my household ever since.
I don’t know the prior history of the table, it is a well used rare antique shaker sewing table with an inlaid yardstick.
My family purchased this table in its current condition, and we have not modified it. In addition we don’t know what the previous owners did, if anything prior to us buying it.
